Please ignore the below question cause I was looking at the wrong output. This was not working for me.Sorry for the confusion. So I still need help in this regard. Francis ******************************* I solved the problem by doing this.Im getting the right output. But I want to know whether this is the right way or there is a easy way to do what I need. <xsl:template match="/"> <xsl:apply-templates select="document('bw.xml')"/> </xsl:template> <xsl:template match="/"> all my layout stts </xsl:template> Which one is better?.To create one template match and then giving all the node names in the condition while getting the values or having different templates match for each category? *********************************** XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
