For our upcoming release of 4XSLT we are planning to implement encodings for
iso-8859-1 through -10. Currently support exists for UTF-8, UTF-16 and
iso-8859-1. The release is scheduled for late next week.

Information on 4XSLT is available at http://www.fourthought.com/4Suite/4XSLT
