Item number 2 in your list below does not. In fact, Item number 2 was shipped well before the spec was complete, implementing a 1998 working draft of XSL/XSLT. Items 3,4, and 5 support the output method="html". All of those run in IE just fine. The chart and the other conformance docs mentioned in the link I gave you earlier all seem to have accurate information on this point. If you have a different chart that says these do not support it, let's try to get it corrected. The link I gave you earlier also tells how to get IE to use the current XSLT implementations..
