To be conformant XSLT, the namespace URI must be exactly as follows:
"http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";

During the journey to solve my problem:

I saw many differents addresses in place of URL ?
So my question Is URL makes any difference on the XSL file
transformation ?
