Is anyone using (X)Emacs PSGML mode for editing XSL files? I am trying

XSL? Or am I misunderstanding something?

You can use xml-mode with DTD-less files; you just can't use C-c C-e to insert elements (C-c / still works).

However, I recently switched to Tony Graham's xsl-mode, and am very happy with it.
