Mail loop update

[XSL-List Owner <xsl-list-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

The XSL-List is still being moderated.  Three looped messages from the
offending ex-subscriber's mail system were received this morning.
Since the looped messages appear to be from the original sender, not
from the ex-subscriber, it's not yet safe to return the XSL-List to
being unmoderated.
