Subject: use <xsl:value-of> within an attribute value From: "Xu, Xiaocun" <XXu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 10 Nov 2000 10:07:05 -0500 |
Hi, I need a way in my XSL to make change of file asset location relatively easy. For example, instead of <input type="image" src="C:/webserver/htdocs/Images/back.gif" onclick="history.back()"/> I want to replace it with: <xsl:variable name="filepath" select="C:/webserver/htdocs"/> <input type="image" src="<xsl:value-of select="$filepath"/>/Images/back.gif" onclick="history.back()"/> But when I tried it, I got the error: The character '<' cannot be used in an attribute value. Is there a way to do what I wanted? Much thanks, Xiaocun Xu xxu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
