 <?xml version="1.0" ?>
 <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
 version="1.0" >

   <xsl:param name="param"/>

   <xsl:template match="/" >
       <xsl:apply-templates select="//*[name()=$param]" />
   </xsl:template>

    <xsl:template match="*" >
	Subelements of <xsl:value-of select="name()"/> are:
     <xsl:for-each select="*><xsl:value-of select="name()"/>,</xsl:for-each>
   </xsl:template>

 </xsl:stylesheet>

You'll need to do some extra work to format the output.
