Hey, 

	The compound property keep-together.within-page
	is not supported by Fop 0.16.
	
	or is it incorrectly written?

	<fo:block keep-together.within-page="always"> ... </fo:block>

	Anyone know a way around using this property but
	still achieve the same results?
