> Don't really understand how this can help, but ... anyway It didn't really (mainly because the output was too abbreviated to see how it was supposed to be generated from the input) You comment on the fact that the call-template/param syntax is verbose (which it is) but unless I am missing something you are just making a table consisting of data from your input file, in order, in which case, the simpler apply-templates and template match mechanism would appear to suffice.
