XSLT 2.0 and 1.1 do not yet exist. Perhaps you are giving the version numbers of the processor you are you are using? As far as I know all processors only support XSLT 1.0 except that saxon has some experimental support for XSLT1.1 which only exists as a first draft and does not yet exist as a recommendation.
