Subject: [xsl] xsl stylesheet collection From: Linda van den Brink <lvdbrink@xxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 20 Mar 2001 16:02:19 +0100 |
Hi all, I'm wondering if it would be useful to have an XSL stylesheet collection website. Now and then I see stylesheets being posted to this list that perform some non-specific task that would be useful to more people than the creator. For example: - Stylesheets that transform from one standard format to another (e.g. XHTML to WAP) - Generic functions in the form of named templates, that people could stick into a 'function library stylesheet' and include in their own stylesheet. - Stylesheets that perform a specific task on any input (e.g XML file diff). I don't know if there are enough such stylesheets around to make a central collection useful, or if they're already collected somewhere, or if people would object to having their stylesheets reused by others. But if people would like to have this and have stylesheets to submit, I would be willing to maintain such a website (I haven't done any work on it yet, so ideas are welcome).
