RE: [xsl] another href question

My many thanks for all your helpful responses to my question.  After looking
at all the answers, it was, of course, staring me in the face.  I was
thinking that in the line:

		   <xsl:element name="a">

"a" was a place holder for something else.  It wasn't.  Sometimes, the
elegance of simplicity it too obvious to comprehend.

Now to test this.
