The fontstyle is not important as it is imported from another template.

More xsl:

<xsl:template name="MoreInformationFP">
    <xsl:for-each select="TrackingSystem/FPRecord/name">

 <table border="1" align="center" width="550" cellpadding="0"
cellspacing="0" bordercolor="#FF6300">

<tr align="left" valign="top">
          <td bgcolor="#FF6300" width="181">
            <p> <xsl:call-template name="fontStyle">
		   <xsl:with-param name="text">
					Name
		   </xsl:with-param>
		</xsl:call-template>
            </p>
           </td>

            <td colspan="3" width="363">
                   <xsl:call-template name="fontStyle2">
		        <xsl:with-param name="text">
					<xsl:value-of select="FPRecord[name=//requests/name]/name"/>
			</xsl:with-param>
                   </xsl:call-template>
             </td>
            </tr>
<!-- each subsequent row follows -->
 </table>
    </xsl:for-each>
    </xsl:template>

<xsl:template match="/">
<html>
     <head>
          bla bla
     </head>
     <body>
       <table>
         </tr>
              <!-- this is the location of the focal point more
information table via a call to the template -->
            <xsl:call-template name="MoreInformationFP"/>
      </table>
    </body>
</html>
 </xsl:template>
 </xsl:stylesheet>

Your XSL fragment contained no template named "fontStyle2". It also
contained an empty template matching "FPRecord"... if that is mirrored
in your real stylesheet, then that is your problem. If not, then you
will have to provide more of the stylesheet for us to answer.
