Subject: AW: [xsl] character transformation, possible? From: "Marcus Klinge" <klinge@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 16 May 2001 17:39:57 +0200 |
Hi there. You might want to try the string-function translate. For example: <xsl:value-of select="translate(EXAMPLE,'"\','&\\')"/> Hope that helps. Therfore if a comma occurs in the text it should be quoted out and " plus \ converted into \" & \\ respectively. Any suggestions are more than apprecipated, I've spent a good 2 hours on this one! Many thanks, Julie Mc Cabe _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
