[xsl] Need Solution

Hai,
I am trying to create PDF file Using XSL_FO in the
server dynamically.
Iam getting XML file from SQL SERVER 2000 as it has
facility to send data in XML format.
And i have to write XSL ..How to Do this..If u have
code available then please send me..
My requirement in pdf file is that For 
each page also i need header and fotter ..
As my XML file is coming from Database so i am unable
to split it ..Like if i have placed Column names in
First page in region_body..then i want to place it in
the next page also and so on....  so help me...
need it very urgenly..
