I suppose you're trying to use

  <xsl:stylesheet exclude-result-prefixes="biology"
                  exclude-result-prefixes="sociobiology"
                  exclude-result-prefixes="myrmecology"

when you get the error. Use 

  <xsl:stylesheet exclude-result-prefixes="biology sociobiology myrmecology"

instead.
