In the stylesheet I give the document nodeset a handle like this:
<xsl:variable name="data" select="document(contact1.xml)"/>
Then I refer to bits of information in the contact file, like this:
<xsl:value-of select="$data/*/organization"/>
But these lines doesn't generate any output.
