RE: [xsl] use of starts-with()

But, I think of this as I type....
On the other hand, this implies then that if the string starts with an
integer >9 you'd have to follow that with an <<or>> and repeat the statement
substituting '00)', '000)', etc.  Correct?
I think this is getting closer though....
