[xsl] XSLT trace

Hi everybody,

I recently created a little transformation which alters a stylesheet
into a talkative one. For every node processed by the altered stylesheet 
a short message will be output, containing the XPath of that node, the
current template (more exactly: a "call stack" for this template), and
all passed parameters.
