Access the System Management Hub from Internet Explorer (usually http://localhost:9991). Click on Tamino, then Databases. If your database has a red traffic light then it's not running. Click on the database name and then click the start buttin in the bottom left frame. You also have access to all the Tamino documentation from this page.
