[xsl] generating html form from XSD

Hi

I read the list index and found one thread about "generating a html form
from XSD", but there where only one hint (make it over xForms) and an
answer, that its possible.

Is there someone who really has such an XSL file or is there somebody who
knows where to get it? i just found an XSL to Display a XSD in HTML over
google-groups
