The frustrating thing though is if the "Answer" that you said you found
(using select="BOOK") is an answer then you wasted everyone's time
because you posted an example input document that had no <BOOK> elements
only <Book> ones. So as far as anyone can tell any expression with
select="BOOK" does nothing. If you (or anyone else) is asking for help it
really does help if people take the time to produce a sample input that
actually addresses the problem.
