Hi,

If you are using FOP: I tried the same some days ago - and it
doesn't work. I think it 'baseline-shift' is not implemented yet, see
http://xml.apache.org/fop/implemented.html for implemented
properties.

Superscript doesn't seem to be working for

You don't mention which processor you are using, so it is unclear if this is a question regarding XSL-FO or an implementation of XSL-FO.

<fo:block font-size="8pt">
        square
        <fo:inline baseline-shift="super" font-size="6pt">2</fo:inline>
</fo:block>

Is anything wrong with this?

No, and it seems to work just fine with both Antenna House and RenderX.
