Pull apart the fields - This is the only tricky bit and depends on what
format your time is in
Adjust the hours by the required offset
Put the fields back together

	I am trying to convert Pacific Standard Time (DateTime) to GMT using
XSL.
Can someone point me to the place where I can get the logic or
