Subject: RE: [xsl] tu put one value into the radio value From: "Steve Gold" <Steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 3 Mar 2003 21:28:36 -0500 |
Although the line you have seems to make sense logically: <input type="radio" name="votacionvalor" value="<xsl:value-of select="nombre"/>" /> it produces an error because XML itself doesn't like nesting "xsl:" items inside other tags, like the HTML "input". Try this instead: <xsl:variable name="myVarVotacionvalor" select="nombre" /> <input type="radio" name="votacionvalor" value="{$myVarVotacionvalor}" /> The {$myVarVotacionvalor} syntax lets you put XSL variables into HTML. Sometimes, it even works like this: <input type="radio" name="votacionvalor" value="{nombre}" /> Where {nombre} is the value of the current item, but I like using the variable. Hope this helps! -----Original Message----- From: Dionisio Ruiz de Zarate [mailto:dionisio@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, March 03, 2003 6:42 PM To: XSL-List@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [xsl] tu put one value into the radio value i have this: <input type="radio" name="votacionvalor" value="" /><br /> in the input value i want to put the value of: <xsl:value-of select="nombre"/> if i try to meke the next it produces error: <input type="radio" name="votacionvalor" value="<xsl:value-of select="nombre"/>" /> how can i sove it? thanks XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
