What am I missing here? I feel so stupid sometimes...

All I want to do is extract the last form in an XHTML document, but this just returns nothing.

doctype-public="-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" indent="yes" />

    <xsl:template match="/">
        <xsl:apply-templates />
    </xsl:template>

    <xsl:template match="@*|node()|text()">
        <xsl:apply-templates />
    </xsl:template>

    <xsl:template match="form">
