Subject: [xsl] Path in a Template Match. From: "Bhandari, Ashish" <Ashish.Bhandari@xxxxxx> Date: Thu, 27 Mar 2003 10:31:44 -0500 |
Somehow I am unable to use absolute path in the template match below . Is this not possible ?. If yes, How is it done ?. If not, Why ?. Thanks, Ashish. NOTE: edcSystem is the root node. <xsl:template match = "edcSystem/EDCContract/EDCLegSeq/EDCEqLeg/@a5"> <xsl:element name = "payerPartyReference"> <xsl:attribute name = "href"> <xsl:value-of select = "generate-id(../../../@a11)"/> <!-- ********* WORKS FINE ******* --> <xsl:value-of select = "generate-id(/edcSystem/EDCContract/@a10)"/> <!-- ********** DOES NOT WORK ********* --> </xsl:attribute> </xsl:element> </xsl:template> XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
