how does xml/xsl handle the "&" character - for example:
<descrip>The one & the other</descrip>
it does not seem to like this.
Whitespace is not allowed at this location. Error processing resource
'file:///H:/XML/clearpar/61703/new/8435.xml'. Line 7, Position 38
