Correction:

The output should be:

Test
row 1: Combobox1: Type 1  Field 1: Description 1
row 2: Combobox2: Type 2  Field 2: Description 2

but it is:

Test
row 1: Combobox1: Type 2  Field 1: Description 1
row 2: Combobox2: Type 2  Field 2: Description 2
