I have a similar problem with &quote;
How to use it in the translate() function? translate('what&quote;s new','&quote;','i') generates parser error;
When I try to pass '&quote;' as a value of a template parameter it generates an error too.


I use Microsoft parsers.

Does anybody nows why &quote; is so hard to handle?
