The command line normally instructs the processor to apply the
stylesheet to one xml file.  That is the result you got.  The usual way
to combine parts of more than one xml file is to use the document()
function to bring in the other xml file(s).  Sometimes the main xml file
becomes no more than a list of the actual xml files to be processed, and
the stylesheet gets them one after the other with document().
