Kathy,

Instead of <xsl:value-of select="entry[1]"/>, use <xsl:apply-templates select="entry[1]"/> to process the child nodes of the entry.

This is pretty basic; didn't we go over this? The XSLT processing model, tree traversal, node selection and template matching ... basic stuff, very important to understand if you want to do anything more than trivial with XSLT.

Within a table/row <entry> there can also be a <link> element. When I use
<xsl:value-of select='entry[1]'/> etc., I dont' get the nested <link>
element so my link template doesn't get applied. Any clues?
