<xsl:call-template name="myframe">
  <xsl:with-param name="title">Test</xsl:with-param>
  <xsl:with-param name="contents">
   <table>

</xsl:call-template>

...and then in the named template, <xsl:copy-of select="$contents"/>....

It works fine.
