Sorry, I think I suggested that you run before you've learnt to walk.

The idea is that if you want to have two very similar stylesheets, for
example ones that differ only in the names of the elements or perhaps in
a single namespace declaration, then you can create these two
stylesheets by means of a transformation from a common meta-stylesheet.
