Yes there is:
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="...">
...
</xsl:when>
<xsl:when test="...">
...
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
...
</xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>
However: Are you absolutely sure you need *this*?
