How far have you gotten on your own?  Where can we help you with a problem?

Grouping is a FFFFAQ and I assume you've already checked the axis, key and 
variable-based grouping algorithms for XSLT 1.0 ... are you using XSLT 1.0 
or XSLT 2.0?
