[xsl] alternative to cooktop

hi!
i have to generate pdfs via fop and have to create pretty complicated 
designs... and i'm working with cooktop which is not the fastest way to 
develop i guess.
can anybody give me a tip for a good tool for creating xsl-templates in 
a better time..., maybe something like "drag&drop" would be cool ;)
