I think the problem is that you are defaulting to the xmlns="" when you exclude the oo:prefix. Since you are using the xhtml namespace, or when one namespace is used then you won't be able to exclude the #default namespace too. Not sure what the easiest workaround is? I hope I have the problem explained, but correct me where I am wrong. Can you put the div tag with the xhtml namespace? or use character mapping?
