[xsl] questions about xsl-fo,thanks

I have the following questions:

1) In the definition of property there is an item !0Applies to!1 that 
indicates the scope of the property. And In the definition of element there 
is a property list that lists many properties that can be applied to the 
element. There are some properties whose scope is for !0all elements!1 but 
these properties do not always appear in the property list of the element. 
Then can these properties be applied to the element? There are many similar 
situations.



2) We can add the single underline to the text content. How to do if we 
want to add double underline and/or change the color of underline that is 
different from that of the font?



3) The border has four lines: top, left, right, bottom. How to add the 
vertical middle line and horizontal middle line to the text block?



4) In one of FO-like formats, the alignment has the following values: 
center, left, right, decimal ( I do not know how to call it because I do 
not find the corresponding name in XSL FO). The meaning of the first three 
values is obvious. But when the last one, decimal, is selected, the decimal 
offset is for the decimal point from the right margin. In FO how to realize 
it?
