Try this -

<xsl:if test="string-length(normalize-space($variable))!=0">
	<xsl:value-of select="abc" />
</xsl:if>

Hi All,

I got a newbie question. How do you do a check if the Data is empty or not.

Right now, this is what I have

<xsl:if Records != ''>

<!-- Do this  instruction -->

</xsl:if>

But even if the <Records> element doesnt have any value, it's still doing
the instruction inside the xsl:if. The problem could be, in the <Records>
element, it has a couple of spaces.
Anybody know how to fix this ? Thanks
