    http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/style.html

With build.xml as

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<project name="antTest" default="xslt2" basedir="/sgml">
        <target name="xslt2">
            <xslt basedir="." processor="trax"
    classPath="C:\sourceforge\saxonb8-2\saxon8.jar" destdir="."
    in="xml/NURBSCurve2.xml"
    out="src/com/neuralworks/fea/mathml/NURBSCurve2.java"
    style="../../stylesheets/mathml2Java.xsl">
              <param name="param1"
    expression="param1 Value"/>

              <outputproperty name="method" value="text"/>
              <outputproperty name="encoding" value="UTF-8"/>
            </xslt>
        </target>
</project>

Needs ant 1.6.2 and a script file, ant.bat

set JAVA_HOME=/jdk
set ANT_HOME=/apps/ant
set
ANT_JARS=%ant_HOME%/lib/ant.jar;%ANT_HOME%/lib/ant-launcher.jar;%ant_HOME%/li
b/catalina-ant.jar;%ANT_HOME%/lib/ant-trax.jar;/jdk/lib/tools.jar
java -cp %ANT_JARS% -Dant.home=/apps/ant org.apache.tools.ant.Main %1

a couple of jars,
but makes an easy way to use ant with xslt.
