[xsl] XSL create XML files

Subject: [xsl] XSL create XML files

Is there any  Possibility of through  XSL   generate other  XML file  
and  after copy the
 selected elements from the XML  that I'm working to this  new file
(if possible).

If yes, would you show me the way ?
