1. Your question isn't on topic. It isn't about XSLT. Even if we knew the answer we'd have to break the list's rules to tell you. :->

2. It isn't a really meaningful question in any case. One doesn't validate XML against "files" of any kind (WSDL or anything else), except in the sense that a file may contain an instance of a schema. There are several -- even many, if you like to stretch the term -- different kinds of schema in XML. Presumably you need a schema to validate WSDL, or validate your particular kind of WSDL.

Which processor would serve to validate an XML instance against a WSDL schema depends on what kind of schema it is. (I believe WSDL uses an XSD schema, or several, but I'm not a WSDL expert.)

You need to do a bit more research about WSDL schemas and the topic of XML validation in general. Again, this has nothing to do with XSLT.
