Hi,
          Please find below sample stylesheet that reads namespace prefixes
and associated namespace from external file and adds the namespaces to the
xsd:schema element before writing to output.

Note however that for each prefix specified in the external file, the
corresponding declaration has to be added to the xsl:stylesheet element.
