I think you probably meant to write

        <xsl:if test="$typeElement='Var'">
            <xsl:call-template name="typeVar"/>
        </xsl:if>
        <xsl:if test="$typeElement='Prca'">
            <xsl:call-template name="typePrca"/>
        </xsl:if>
