[xsl] CDATA tags - Explicitly adding

[mylistaddress@xxxxxxxxxx]

Hi,
Given the odd behaviour I am receiving from the use of
the cdata-section-elements directive, I am wondering if
I could add the CDATA tags explicitly within my XSL
with something like xsl:text?

I tried this and only receive transform errors. Can
this be done?
