Aidan, I'm not quite sure what you are trying to get out the other end of your transformation but try using the code below as the pi.xsl and build from there. pi.xsl <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0"> <xsl:output method="html" indent="yes" encoding="iso-8859-1"/> <xsl:template match="/"> <xsl:for-each select="customers/customer"> <xsl:value-of select="name"/> <br/> <xsl:value-of select="address"/> <br/> <xsl:value-of select="phone"/> <hr/> </xsl:for-each> </xsl:template> </xsl:stylesheet> XSLT can be VERY unforgiving.
