It's impossible not to try being generous with Ken, who sets a high standard for generosity. And he'll be tough to open for, especially since I know that his work, assuming it builds on what he showed at Extreme last August (which its topic suggests it does), isn't just a case study; it's a demonstration of a development and maintenance methodology with revolutionary implications for a certain class of users and organizations (I'll let Ken say who).


As for wowing the crowd: I will be talking about how to orchestrate a song cycle. Then Herr Brahms will talk about how to compose a symphony. :->
