Subject: [xsl] Document() function: GET vs. POST From: granam@xxxxxxx Date: Fri, 11 Nov 2005 23:53:04 -0700 |
The Document() function can do an HTTP GET. Could it do an HTTP POST? I can use a stylesheet to query web services which provide a simple GET interface, for example to retrieve a currency conversion rate.
It would be quite useful to be able to interact with web services which use a more complex HTTP POST interface. Can this be done, or is that possibly something for the future?
